I had my first OBE (Out of Body Experience) about 30 years ago, back when I was in my early 20's. At first, I was terrified by the whole experience. My OBE was brought on, ironically, by my wife having her own Out-of-body experience on the same night.

She had just left her body and was startled by the fact that she was flying around in the house, up near the ceiling and was able to pass through walls and doors in the house.

She also was able to call up her 3-year-old son who was sleeping in another room in the house. He then was up with her (in the Astral body) and flying around with her in the house!

After all the talk and conversation of this whole experience that night, I too later found myself leaving my body, as well as in a state of total paralysis! This totally scared me, as I had no idea what was going on. I honestly thought I was having a stroke, or maybe even dying. After all - Why else would my Spirit be leaving my body and floating away? Why else was my physical body totally paralysed, and, when I tried to yell out for help, no words came out?

Fast forward 30+ years to today and I find myself reading "Adventures Beyond the Body: How to Experience Out-of-Body Travel: Proving Your Immortality Through Out-of-Body" by William Buhlman

I'm now 100% convinced that the experience I had all those years ago was not only something to not be afraid of, but rather, something Millions of people do each year, AND something we should do and can do with amazing benefits and results.

After reading William Buhlman's book, I'm not only excited about Astral Projection, but am now starting this new podcast to talk about the benefits of Astral Projecting, how we can do it, why we should do it, and what we can expect when we do it.

I'm talking with real people about their own real Astral Projection experiences (both good and bad) and will be interviewing experts, Doctors and book authors who write about Astral Projecting, NDE, OBE and the Afterlife.

We all know about life and death, yet, as natural as death is, and as inevitable as it is, many of us fear death due to the unknown. None of us have much certainty about what happens to us when we die. This is tragic, as the answers are right there in front of us and, as William Buhlman outlines in his book "Adventures Beyond the Body", we can have proof of the afterlife now. We can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are actually eternal beings living in a temporary physical body (vehicle) which is something we can leave as and when we choose. He explains that we don't need to wait until we die to have an experience in the "non-physical" world, and in so doing, we can connect with our true selves at a much higher level, get a glimpse of what our life is all about, and more importantly, to get a sense of where we will be going once we die. (our physical body dies since our Soul never does)

In this episode, I talk a little bit about the core concepts I have taken from the book, as well as my own out-of-body experience and how I came to be on this new and exciting journey of Astral Projection.
